On-Call Environmental Services Including Asbestos, Lead and Mold. Warren & Panzer is providing asbestos and lead design, survey, monitoring, construction inspection and air sampling for New York City School Construction Authority facilities throughout the five boroughs of New York City. The below listed reflects over 300 Public Schools, 50 Intermediate Schools and 75 High Schools. All services are provided for a wide range of environmental issues in accordance with the Federal, State, and Local regulations. Warren & Panzer established a technical approach for providing asbestos services to ensure that all projects are in strict accordance with requirements and completed in time and within the budget allocated for each site. Design services include cost estimating, specifications, writing, bid document preparation, submittals, and inspection and variance preparation are also provided to the agency.

New York City Department of Design & Construction

Environmental Services Including Survey, Design, Inspection and Air Monitoring During Environmental Site Assessments - Warren & Panzer has recently completed its second consecutive 2-Year, Professional Services Contract for Indoor Air Quality/Asbestos/Lead/Phase I & II Site Assessments with DDC's Hazardous Material Unit. The projects have encompassed a host of city-owned and/or managed properties throughout all 5 boroughs of New York City. Warren & Panzer has worked at over 250 city-owned locations, including sites owned by: NYC Police, Courts, Corrections, Health & Hospitals, DOH, Libraries, Fire, BOE/NYCSCA, DOT, and Cultural and Community organizations, among others. Services have included asbestos and lead based paint surveys and abatement designs and monitoring; indoor air quality and mold investigations and remedial designs and monitoring; subsurface investigations and remedial designs; underground storage tank decommissioning and replacement tank design; Phase I environmental site assessments; corridor assessments of large sections of highways; and emergency hazmat response, including emergency bulk and air sampling and spill containment plans. Hazardous Materials & Waste Survey / Testing / Monitoring Services (Current Contract) - Warren & Panzer is on its third consecutive Professional Services Contract for Hazardous Materials Services at all HHC facilities. Specific services for hazardous materials abatement include: asbestos and lead based paint surveys and testing; Preparation of detailed plans, drawings and reports; Preparation of contract documents; Pre-bid services, including contractor walkthroughs and preparation of addenda; Pre-abatement services; Abatement/Remediation services, including project management, air sampling, progress meetings, and reporting; environmental compliance audits; preparation of SPCC plans; and inspection and design of underground storage tanks. The New York Power Authority

Asbestos And Lead Consulting Services (Current Contract) Warren & Panzer has recently been awarded a contract with the New York Port Authority to perform feasibility studies, asbestos and lead inspections, bulk and air sampling, abatement design, and project monitoring. Warren & Panzer is providing on-call asbestos and lead consulting services for New York Power Authority power generating facilities throughout the State. Warren & Panzer provides environmental services to the St. Lawrence-FDR project, Clark Energy Center, Blenheim-Gilboa project, Charles Poletti project and Richard M. Flynn project. These sites are comprised of a combination of electrical generation, distribution and associated support buildings both on and off-site. General plant maintenance, planned renovations and emergency response situations are anticipated which require Warren & Panzer to provide support.

New York State Office of General Services

Hazardous Materials Testing, Identification, Removal and Disposal/Containment Services (Current Contract) - Warren & Panzer currently serves as a consultant to the State of New York Office of General Services for various Engineering/Architectural and Hazardous Material projects. Warren & Panzer provides survey, design and construction oversight on a wide range of hazardous material projects, including those involving asbestos, lead, indoor air quality problems, heavy metals, PCBs and water contaminants. As part of our contract, Warren & Panzer provides bid assistance to the Office of General Services and makes recommendations during the contractor selection process. Warren & Panzer is also on site during construction to provide air monitoring and project monitoring services during the abatement operation, through final clearance, re-insulation, and acceptance of the work. Warren & Panzer ensures that all engineering/architectural and hazardous material projects are performed in compliance with the technical specifications, applicable rules and regulations and standard NYS OGS procedures.

To date, projects have covered more than ninety locations, each with its own requirements. These facilities have included colleges, universities, psychiatric centers, armories, office buildings, and prisons among others. Previous Contracts for New York State Office of General Services:
