Environmental
problems, such as the presence of asbestos or leaking underground
storage tanks (USTs) can be major factor in assessing the value
of, and liabilities associates with, a property. Warren & Panzer
conducts Pase I through IV Environmental Site Assessments to assist
property owners or prospective buyers in assessing and remediating
adverse environmental conditions. These assessments typically include:

II - SUBSURFACE INVESTIGATION AND TESTING
