Primary Duties:

  • Conduct environmental and health & safety quality control, reviews and surveys

  • Develop, manage and monitor environmental and health & safety projects/contracts

  • Provide supervision of the Environmental staff

  • Train individuals with respect to environmental and health & safety requirements

  • Complete agency required record keeping and reporting

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in related disciplines (Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene & Environmental Science)

  • 10-15 years experience in the environmental, occupational and health & safety field.

  • Experience with environmental regulations

  • Professional certifications as appropriate.

  • Excellent Leadership qualities, ability to communicate to all levels of the organization; manage, consult, and make key decisions based on employee welfare, legal requirements, and business objectives.

Environmental Project Manager

Primary Duties:

Environmental Inspector

Primary Duties:

  • Conduct environmental and health & safety inspections and surveys

  • Manage and monitor environmental and health & safety projects

  • Complete agency required record keeping and reporting

 

Requirements:

  • Professional certifications required (NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector & NYCDEP Asbestos Investigator)

  • 3-5 years experience in the environmental, occupational and health & safety field.

  • Excellent Leadership qualities, ability to communicate to all levels of the organization; manage, consult, and make key decisions based on employee welfare, legal requirements, and business objectives.
